We pray for Theresa May and the Conservative Party Conference
starting on Sunday 1st October. (1 Tim. 2:2) We ask that You will
pour out Your spirit on them and make Your words known to them. (Prov. 1:23)
We pray for skillful
and godly wisdom to enter their hearts and knowledge be pleasant to their souls. May discretion
watch over them and understanding and discernment
guard them to deliver them from the way of evil and from
evil men. (Prov. 2:10-12)
Make their hearts and
ears attentive to godly counsel,
(Ps. 1:!) doing what is right in your sight.( 2Chr 20:32). That
You who began a good work in them will perfect it.
(Eph 2:10)
and equipped in every good thing to do Your
will. Work in them that which is
well-pleasing in Your sight.(Heb 13:21)
We ask that You fill
them with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
that they might have
a walk worthy of You, Lord, fully pleasing You, being fruitful in
every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of You, strengthened
with all might, according to Your glorious power.(Col 1:9-11)
We praise and thank
You that all Your perfect plans be established and Your Name be glorified, in
Jesus Name we pray. Amen
